This program is funded and developed by the Texas Department of Human Services. Under this program, North Central Texas Home Care will provide personal care and home management services to needy individuals who qualify for the program. Patient service is provided by a supervised personal care attendant, who performs tasks based on individual need.

The Personal Care Attendant is trained to perform the following duties:

• Changing bed linens
  
• Light Housecleaning
  
• Dressing and Laundry
  
• Shopping and Escort Assistance
  
• Meal Preparation, Feeding and Dish Washing
  
• Exercising
  
• Assist with Self-Administered Medication
  
• Toileting
  
• Transferring/Ambulation
  
• Routine Hair and Skin Care
